Frequently Asked Questions:

If I want to transfer to Support Coordination Services of Utah, what do I need to do?
Just send us an email! Once you choose Support Coordination Services of Utah we will notify the Division of Services for People with Disabilities (DSPD) of your request.  At that time you should receive a letter or phone call from the state asking you to confirm this decision.  Once you provide confirmation your case will be transferred on the first day of the following month. The other option would be to call DSPD directly. Give us a call and we can give you the correct contact information.

Who do you hire as support coordinators?
We believe in hiring the best.  Our support coordinators have a history of quality training and experience.  We seek employees with strong worth ethic and a heart for people with disabilities. Please visit our about us page to learn more about each individual coordinator. We also have the experience and background to train Support Coordinators to be the best.

What happens to our funding if we decide to have our case transferred to you? When a case is transferred to us, your funding stays the same. There is no difference in the budget or services provided through DSPD. It is really that simple, you just get a new Coordinator, we handle the rest.

What areas  of the state do you serve?
We currently provide services from St. George to Logan, but we are most concentrated in Salt Lake, Ogden and Provo. We also have employees based out of Price and Vernal, Utah.
