Many thanks for being there for me every step of the way. For showing me how it works now, and how it works in the future, so that I can let go of the anxiety and the worry. Now I can look to the future with a plan and some hope, instead of worry and stress of the unknown.

Erika,
I wanted to let you know how much you mean to our family and especially our daughter.  As a mom of 3 special needs children am and will always be a little on the crazy side. But thanks to you and the love and kindness you show our family I make it from one minuet to another. You are always there for me, and our family, no matter the time. Thank you for all the services you help us fight for, all the phone calls to the state you make on our daughters behalf, the unconditional love and support you give to our family. The last 2 years have been so trying and with health scares, knew diagnoses, and the addition of the twins you have never left our side. Thanks for always being willing to serve and support me as a mom and helping me to navigate the system. You have been instrumental in keeping me sane!  It is this kind of love and support that gets me through the tough times, the weeks when my husband is out of town, the sleepless night. You are the reason we make it through the hard times. For all the little things and the major crises you help me through!  Always Freyja

I'll refer every parent/guardian I know of persons with disabilities. She is authentic, and persuasive, in advocating for clients, straightforward in filing reports, and has demonstrated a deep knowledge of the often-complex workings, usually administrative, of helping people with disabilities. I haven't seen a better support coordinator.
